FAST-ACT was proud to participate in the CBRNe Summit Europe 2025, held in Oslo, Norway, from March 25-27. This premier event brought together industry leaders, military personnel, and first responders to discuss the latest advancements in CBRN defense and response strategies.

The CBRNe Summit Europe began with an impressive live demonstration by the Norwegian Armed Forces, showcasing their advanced capabilities in addressing chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats. Their expertise and cutting-edge technology highlighted the growing need for efficient decontamination and hazard mitigation solutions in the field.
Beyond the demonstrations, Day 1 provided valuable networking opportunities. The FAST-ACT team had the chance to connect with key stakeholders in the defense and hazmat sectors, exchanging insights on innovative dry decontamination solutions and the evolving challenges of CBRN response. These conversations reinforced the importance of readiness, speed, and efficiency in managing hazardous threats.
With a strong start to the summit, we were excited to continue these discussions throughout the event. Stay tuned for our Day 2 and 3 recap, where we’ll highlight key takeaways from expert panels and discussions.

The CBRNe Summit Europe is a leading international conference that brings together military, first responders, government agencies, and industry experts to discuss advancements in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) defense, preparedness, and response.
FAST-ACT participated to engage with the global CBRN community, share insights on dry decontamination technology, and contribute to discussions around improving response readiness, especially in challenging operational environments such as extreme cold.
Dry decontamination allows responders to rapidly neutralize chemical threats without relying on water or liquid-based systems. This is especially critical in cold weather, confined spaces, and time-sensitive CBRN incidents where traditional wet decontamination may be impractical or unsafe.
