The Story Behind FAST-ACT®
FAST-ACT® began with a challenge involving some of the world’s most hazardous chemicals.
The technology’s development originated from work associated with the U.S. Department of Defense, where the objective was to develop a safer and more effective approach for managing dangerous chemical threats, including toxic industrial chemicals (TICs), toxic industrial materials (TIMs), and chemical warfare agents (CWAs).
Through years of research involving advanced earth minerals and materials science, this work evolved into the patented technology now known as FAST-ACT®.
Today, FAST-ACT® provides a family of dry decontamination products and solutions designed to support organizations responsible for chemical hazard preparedness and response.
