This November, the FAST-ACT team continued its commitment to advancing chemical preparedness and CBRN defense through nationwide engagement and collaboration. From Charleston to Los Angeles, Fort Campbell, Kansas City, and Schaumburg, FAST-ACT and its partners showcased how dry decontamination technology enhances operational readiness and response efficiency across military, emergency, and defense sectors.
FAST-ACT joined forces with partner UTS at CBRN Convergence, hosted by CBRNe World, from November 3–5 in Charleston, SC.
The event brought together global CBRN experts to exchange insights on response innovations and field-tested solutions. Attendees explored how FAST-ACT dry decontamination technology provides rapid, safe, and effective response capabilities for chemical incidents—reinforcing the growing adoption of dry decon across agencies worldwide.

Represented by partner CBRN HQ, FAST-ACT was featured at the Cal OES WMD Summit 2025 in Los Angeles, CA.
Organized by Hazmat Resource, Inc. in partnership with Cal OES, the summit united federal, state, and local agencies for scenario-based exercises and CBRNE response collaboration. FAST-ACT dry decon solutions were demonstrated for HAZMAT teams and emergency managers, emphasizing their critical role in enhancing readiness and operational safety during chemical emergencies.

On November 6, FAST-ACT, in partnership with ADS, Inc., participated in the 5th Special Forces Group Vendor Day.
The team highlighted key dry decontamination capabilities, including:
Rapid chemical threat neutralization
Safe deployment for military personnel
Water-free, efficient CBRN response
Chemical vapor neutralization technology
This engagement underscored FAST-ACT’s ongoing support for the U.S. military’s mission readiness and chemical defense preparedness.

On November 13, the FAST-ACT team conducted a live demonstration with the Kansas City Fire Department, providing firsthand training on FAST-ACT’s dry decontamination systems.
During the session, firefighters had the opportunity to see multiple FAST-ACT solutions in action—including the FAST-ACT Pressurized Cylinders, FAST-ACT DEFEND Kit, and FAST-ACT Shaker Bottles—each designed for rapid, water-free neutralization of chemical threats in the field.
The training emphasized real-world application, showing how responders can quickly mitigate exposure risks, protect personnel, and minimize contamination spread. FAST-ACT’s ongoing engagement with fire departments nationwide continues to strengthen readiness and enhance safety during hazardous material incidents.

On November 18, FAST-ACT conducted a dedicated dry decontamination training session for the Schaumburg Fire Department. The 90-minute program combined classroom instruction with hands-on demonstrations to strengthen operational readiness for chemical incident response.
The session covered essential CBRN response concepts—including decontamination terminology, differences between CWA/WMD and TIC/HAZMAT decon, and the testing and safety framework behind FAST-ACT technology. Responders received detailed instruction on FAST-ACT applications for personnel, equipment, and surface decontamination, followed by practical demonstrations of multiple FAST-ACT deployment methods.
The training reinforced why dry decontamination continues to expand among emergency response agencies, offering rapid neutralization, reduced water requirements, and minimized cross-contamination risks.
