Characteristics

A colorless to pale yellow fluffy crystalline solid. Must be shipped with at least 30% water or water and denatured ethyl alcohol mixture. May detonate from shock, heat, flame, or friction when dry. May explode under prolonged exposure to heat or fire. Primary hazard is blast of an instantaneous explosion, not flying projectiles or fragments.

Treatment

Apply FAST-ACT powder to fully cover liquid spill and absorb excess liquid.

Generally solids will not be very reactive with FAST-ACT.
