The SCOTS II addresses the emerging needs of the CBRN EOD community for a man-portable primary containment system that is effective for an extended period of time. This is guaranteed by adding FAST-ACT to the system. FAST-ACT contains and neutralizes chemical threat substances leaking from chemical ordnance and IEDs with a chemical payload.
